Alison Zecha, owner and president of Alison Zecha, Inc. Coach AZ, integrates executive coaching services, leadership development consulting, and creative team building in her work with corporate executives, high-potential leaders, and management teams to achieve organizational success and personal effectiveness through one-to-one and team coaching.

To her clients, Alison brings 25+ years of leadership and business experience and a culturally diverse, international background. She is passionate about partnering with people to develop their integrated capabilities for sustainable optimal effectiveness, performance and fulfillment.

Alison has been the featured trainer, speaker, facilitator and instructor for talent development conferences, retreats, workshops and seminars in the Pacific Northwest, Canada and Hawaii. Clients include leaders in the advertising and marketing, art, automobile, banking and finance, culinary, education, health-care, high-tech, hospitality, human resources, insurance, manufacturing, non-profit organizations, public utilities, retail, service, travel and wellness industries.

She is a certified facilitator and trainer of numerous leadership programs and assessments and was previously the Director of Organizational Development at Hawaiian Electric Company., Inc.

Past work lives include being a leader for Macy’s New York (Macy’s East), Liz Claiborne, Banana Republic and the Hawaii Esprit franchise; she also hosted a television cooking program for ten years, The Electric Kitchen.
